Current PLLA containing products,  the particles of PLLA is not homogeneous so some troubles may be created like granuloma on long term or inflammation in site of PLLA implementation,  in addition all products contain carboxy methyl cellulose as filling agent ,this material water insoluble and make PLLA  preparation process is hard,  in addition if accidentally injected inside any blood vessel will block it without any way to solve this problem except surgery.
In addition PLLA stimulation capacity for fibrolast to create new collagen need long time from 6 to 8 weeks , so some patients who not know this process may doubt of results,  for all those reasons Rosetta Kit formula come to give the aesthetic doctors the following advantages and solutions:

2nd vial: 5 cc solution, every 5 ml contains:
HA: 75 mg
Niacenamide: 75 mg
Tranexamic Acid :50 mg
PDRN:30 mg
Copper tripeptide-1,: 0.25 mg
Acetyl hexapeptide-8: 0.25 mg
Hexapeptide 9: 0.25 mg
Palmitoyl tetrapeptide 7: 0.25 mg
9 Tripeptide: 0.25 mg

Kit preparation and IFU

Mix the solution in the vial 2 with powder in vial 1 shake it well and add to it additional 1 cc sterile water then transfer the 6 ml mixture to 1 cc syringes .
